ABOUT TEENS AND MUM.

 

In societies in the World  today is an issue of pertinent and great concern. A great number of young boys and girls lacks moral values because at the stage of growing up, their mothers were not available to give the proper training and to imbibe good moral values in them. In the world today, are societies where vulgarity and nudity are passing as art and fashion and promiscuity has become the in thing. 

Today's world is characterized with revolution in communication through information technology. The Internet, mobile devices and gadget provides a platforms connecting young teenagers and leaving many young teens to be confused between facts and falsehood, virtues and vices, realities and fantasies. This scenario is so bad and sad to say that many mothers are helplessly watching their teens and are doing nothing to save the situation. The search for 'real mother' has become an issue in today's societies.

Mothers in present times have lost their divine mandate for emphasizing worthwhile values and principle to their wards. The world desperately needs mothers who knows and cherish their divine responsibility. Teenagers in present time are living in a very challenging environment and as such needs mothers who will guide and discipline their young ones with a loving but firm hand, stating the rules clearly, and setting the limit for their wards. The world need mothers who are morally strong and in control, that would in-still real moral values in their teens.

 

Teenager in our world need mothers who will tell them about the peril of promiscuity, pregnancy and pill, consequences of illegal abortion and the risk of HIV and general diseases. The world need mothers that would protect the young ones against sexual abuse, rape, wicked initiations, child trafficking, and  prostitution. Teens need mothers who are willing to and able to be a good example.

Oftentimes, we blame our teens for things they have never been taught or advised on. It is an act of carelessness on the part of the parent to assume that they know or ought to know. Mothers need to rise up to their responsibility of imbibing morality and decency into their teens.

 This is the reason for creating this blog 'Teens and Mum'. to teach teenagers right things and the truth they need to know about issues regarding their world. Teens and mum is a platform to tell teenagers about the facts of life. Knowledge they say is power and right information is key to building a very strong foundation for our teenagers who are the future world leaders.

To build a better tomorrow, and to avoid the risk of misinformation on the part of the teenagers, 'Teens and Mum' seek to encourage and challenge today's women to live up to their basic responsibility of raising Godly and moral children with morals values and principle in various societies in the world at large. This platform provides an avenue where mum can connect with the teenagers with the purpose of discovering areas of lapses on their part with a view to making a positive difference.

To build a better tomorrow, this is a clarion call to all MOTHERS and TEENAGERS  to get it right.
